Job description
We are looking for a commercially minded director who can build and manage our Nif Agro Supplies company.
About NIF Agro Supplies:
Newly established trading company, based in Vinnitsa region.
Focus on supplying top quality materials for fruit growing, nursery and horticultural sector.
A 100% daughter company of VN Holding, a Dutch international trading company, which employs about 35 people.
The Dutch Mother company also owns for 100% a Chinese company for sales, service (purchase) and support.
The complete VN Group works according toour Ethical code based on Christian principles.
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements
25-40 years old
Highly interested in Agriculture, preference for fruit growing sector
Graduated at Agricultural or Economical University
Practical experience with management, organization, sales (acquisition) and negotiation situations
Evident skills in developing new business opportunities
Proven management skills
Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
Hands on mentality
Good at communications skills, speaks and writes fluently English and/or German, beside Russian and Ukrainian language
Willing to follow and support the Christian ethical code
Respect for the local culture and its people
Living at Vinnitsa area or willing to move to it.
Living at Vinnitsa area or willing to move to it.
Willing to travel frequently abroad of which most are short stays
Knows how to balance between company request and family life
Driving license
Duties:
The Director is actively working on the development of the company
Managing all operational issues (general management)
Represent the company on seminars, trade fairs, and business clubs, building a client network
Generate sales
Controls the larger projects and stay in touch with the key partners.
Reporting and advising the head office frequently
Designing year plan, Sales plan, Management plan
Responsible for all HR issues (people management)
Executes all approved plans
